Disconnect QuickBooks from the Magnificent app

An authorized QuickBooks administrator can revoke the Magnificent app's access from the connected QuickBooks company through Intuit's app management or account settings. Once access is revoked, the Magnificent app cannot make future QuickBooks API calls using that connection.

Magnificent administrators may also request internal removal or deactivation of the stored QuickBooks connection record. Audit records may be retained for business, accounting, legal, troubleshooting, and security purposes.

Disconnecting this app does not replace QuickBooks Workforce or payroll account management. Employee payroll access, W-4, I-9, and payroll profile items remain handled through QuickBooks Workforce or the company's approved payroll process.
