How the Magnificent app handles data

This policy describes how the private Magnificent Cleaning Services operations app handles business, worker, applicant, job, and QuickBooks connection data.

Information we collect

The app may store information needed to operate the company's cleaning service, including user profile details, applicant and onboarding records, job schedules, job proof, internal checklist activity, admin approvals, audit logs, and app usage records.

When an authorized administrator connects QuickBooks, the app may store QuickBooks company connection metadata, realm ID, encrypted OAuth token data, connection status, Vendor sync status, and QuickBooks identifiers returned by Intuit.

Information we do not collect in native employee onboarding

Employee payroll remains invite-first through QuickBooks Workforce or the company's approved payroll process. The app does not collect employee bank details, W-4 details, I-9 details, or employee payroll record data through native onboarding forms.

How we use information

Information is used to run company operations, review applicants, complete onboarding, coordinate teams and schedules, document job work, support payroll and accounting workflows, troubleshoot systems, protect customers and workers, and maintain required records.

QuickBooks data is used only for company-authorized accounting workflows. Contractor Vendor writes require internal approval controls. Production QuickBooks writes are controlled by separate production guards and are not enabled unless the company explicitly approves them.

Sharing and service providers

The app may share or receive data with service providers used by Magnificent Cleaning Services, including Intuit QuickBooks, communication providers, scheduling tools, hosting providers, and other systems needed for company operations. These providers process data according to their own terms and the company's instructions.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent records are used only for Magnificent Cleaning Services hiring and operations messages. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS communications

Applicants and workers may choose whether to receive SMS messages about hiring, scheduling, onboarding, reminders, and related company operations. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of applying, being considered, or using the company's services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Security

The app uses access controls, encrypted token storage for QuickBooks OAuth data, audit logs, and role-based admin actions. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so users must keep accounts and devices protected and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Retention

Records are retained as needed for business operations, legal compliance, accounting, payroll support, audit history, customer service, and dispute prevention. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period after active use ends.

Your choices

Authorized users may ask Magnificent Cleaning Services to review, correct, restrict, or remove information when appropriate. Some records must be retained for business, accounting, legal, or safety reasons.
