Terms of Use

The app is provided for Magnificent Cleaning Services LLC personnel, authorized administrators, and approved service providers who have been given access by the company. You may not access or use the app unless Magnificent Cleaning Services has authorized you to do so.

You are responsible for keeping your login, device, and access credentials secure. You must promptly tell Magnificent Cleaning Services if you believe your access was lost, shared, misused, or compromised.

The app supports company operations such as applicant tracking, onboarding, internal approvals, schedule coordination, job documentation, task follow-up, and limited accounting integration. The app is not a consumer marketplace and is not offered for public self-service signup.

Applicants and workers may optionally agree to receive SMS messages from Magnificent Cleaning Services about job applications, interview scheduling, test cleans, orientation, onboarding, reminders, and related company operations. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to apply, be considered, or continue using the company's services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. SMS consent applies only to messages from Magnificent Cleaning Services for the stated hiring and operations purposes.

Authorized administrators may connect the app to the company's QuickBooks account using Intuit OAuth. The app uses that connection only for company-approved accounting workflows, such as connection status, readiness checks, and contractor Vendor setup when allowed by internal approval controls.

Employee payroll remains invite-first through QuickBooks Workforce or the company's approved payroll process. The app does not create employee payroll records, W-4 records, I-9 records, or employee bank records.

You may not use the app to access information you are not authorized to view, copy company or customer information outside approved systems, interfere with app security, or use the app for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.

Users are expected to provide accurate information and to correct mistakes promptly. Company administrators may review, approve, reject, correct, or archive app records according to company policy and applicable law.

Magnificent Cleaning Services may update, suspend, or restrict app features when needed for operations, security, legal compliance, maintenance, or vendor requirements. The app may not always be available without interruption.

Access to the app does not transfer ownership of company systems, data, forms, workflows, or intellectual property. All app content and workflows remain company-controlled unless a written agreement states otherwise.
